제주지역 TOU 변경에 따른 건물태양광발전 사업모델별 영향 분석

Abstract

This thesis is written to analyze the relative economic effects among building-photovoltaic business models due to the TOU window change in Jeju province. TOU window change was made by the occurrence of duck curve pattern in load profiles in Jeju Province since 2017, which was accompanied with the rapid rise in renewable facilities penetration. The analytic result shows that there’s some relative differences in the economic effects among building-photovoltaic business models. The economic profit of self-consumed PV model is much less than pure PV model for the same PV equipment. In case of self-consumed or extra-generated-electricity resales business models, it also states that customers in those models would experience reduction of their incomes by about 2∼5%. Accordingly, the IRR(internal rate or return) for each business model could be decreased by close to about 6%. Whereas the economic deterioration of self-consumed PV business model is severe, pure renewable building-photovoltaic model will not experience economic deterioration after TOU window change. In spite of the equal contribution to the reduction of carbon-dioxide emission, each model would have different income sheet. Distributed photo-voltaic(DPV) facilities are the core means for the low-carbon and carbon-neutral society, which do not emit Carbon-Dioxide as well as they do not incur transmission system complexity. Case study for the impact of TOU window change reports that it could apparently slow down the proliferation of DPV facilities. It is requested that comprehensive studies shall be made for the fairness related with renewable energy policies for the carbon-neutral society heading for below 1.5℃ earth,
