성장중인 쥐에서 뽕잎분말 첨가가 쥐의 성장 및 체지방 축적에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 성장중인 쥐에서 뽕잎분말 첨가가 흰쥐의 성장 및 체지방 축적에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 4주령의 Sprague-Dawley계 수컷 흰쥐 30마리를 4일 동안 일반식이로 급이하여 적응기를 둔 후, 24마리를 선발하여 8마리씩 3개 군으로 나누었다. 0군은 군편성후에, 그리고 대조군과 5%MP(mulberry leaves powder)군은 20일 동안 각각 일반 식이와 5%MP 식이를 1일 대사체중(kg0.75) 당 45g씩 급이한 후 희생하여 체성분을 분석하였다. 대조군과 5%MP군의 1일 식이 섭취량은 각각 7.44g 및 7.69g이었고, 일증체량은 각각 2.79g 및 3.25g이었다. 그리고 두 군의 식이효율은 각각 0.38 및 0.42였다. 대조군과 5%MP군의 체수분 1일 축적량은 각각 1,731mg과 2,070mg, 조회분 1일 축적량은 각각 82mg과 96mg, 조지방의 1일 축적량은 각각 310mg, 268mg이었다.

Twenty four male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three groups with 8 rats each. One group of rats were used for the standard carcass composition before feeding experimental diet. Two groups of rats were fed either the control diet or a diet containing 5%MP(mulberry leaves powder) for 20 days, providing a daily feed of 45g per metabolic body weight(kg0.75). The daily food intake of the Control Group and the 5%MP Group were 7.44g and 7.69g, respectively. The daily weight gains of the two groups were 2.79g and 3.25g, and the food efficiency were 0.38 and 0.42, respectively. The daily deposition of moisture were 1,731mg and 2,070mg, the daily deposition of crude ash were 82mg and 96mg, and the daily deposition of crude fat were 310mg and 268mg, respectively.
