阮籍詠懷詩硏究

Abstract

Ruan ji, one of the most famous poets in the time of the Three Kingdoms in China history, is also an outstanding writer and thinker. He and his friends are called "Seven sages bamboo", because he used to drink with them in the bamboo grove.

The thought of Ruan ji inherits the idea of Zhuang zi, which laid a profound foundation for his unique poetic style. He has written a lot of poems which has become a modal for the later generations of poet in China, especially in Tang and Song Dynasty. The most famous poem in his poetry is "Yong Huai" poem.

Although Ruan jiis so famous, many people think that his unique poetic style is difficult to understand and figure out later. Hence they don't want to research into it, except me. I would like to make a study of it. Because I believe that the illusory poetic style which combine the fantasy with imagination is the fate for him.

That is why I write this paper. Why should Ruan ji adopt such an indistinct way to express his emotions? Because of the environment of the society and politics at that time, he had to use this way to protect himself from the political prosecution. Thus "Yong Huai" poem written by Ruan ji is so vague and indigestible.

Besides the reason about the vagueness in the poem, I also want to make an intensive study of the artistic quality in Ruan ji's poems and the influence caused by the idealistictransition. I treat these questions by the stage of his experience. In this thesis, it can be seen that Ruan ji how to quote the ancient fairy tales to express his moods in his works.
