중국 자동차기업의 세계시장 진출방안 연구

The Scheme of Chinese Automobile Enterprises to Access the World Market
Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, China's motor industry has been expanding dramatically. Especially after China's accession to the WTO, with world economy and global motor industry developing very fast, the Chinese local motor companies have been enhancing their competency through mergers and competition.

In recent decades, with the open and reform and the deepening economic globalization, the automobile yield and sales volume increased year by year. Now this number has increased to 10 million, which is only tens of thousands in the founding of the PRC, in this process the self-owned brand has developed rapidly as an inportant component of China's auto industry, especially in the passenger car area. In the beginning of the founding of PRC, there were only Rad Flag, Phoenix, DongFeng and other very few brands, now the automobile industry has developed to a system with hundreds auto self-ownd brand based on Chery, Geely, Changan and BYD. The automobile industry has made significant improvement both on the production and sales scale and on the brand category as well as the technical level. However, in view of the late start of self-owned brands, there still exist gaps in various areas between self-owned brands and joint-venture brands, the domestic passenger car maket is mainly taken by joint-ventures brands and foreign brands, and most of maket profits lootd by foreign parties. Considering this over-reliance in the foreign car in maket, how to promote the development of self-owned brands have become the major issues in the auto industry.

Based on the theory of technological innovation, this paper has discussed the technological innovation strategy and its research direction of China's automobile industry by researching the technological innovation problems of China's automobile industry in the international background.

By analyzing the status quo of global automobile industry, the trend of global automobile and the development strategy of world's major automobile industry, this paper concluded the scheme for the development of Chinese automobile enterprises and the scenario of the oversea export of Chinese automobile.
