노지 감귤의 재배유형별 생산기술 비교분석

Abstract

This study, with researching the product structure of Jeju outdoor mandarin, aims for the recognizing technical characters of two culture types through comparative analysis of the types of production factors' input and product structure's output. And also, this research tries to reveal differences of production technology by productivity measure of input factors, and to verify differences of production technology, which assumed the product structure analysis, by measures of product function. In the result of analyzing input and output by culture types, it shows that the mulching culture type is 1.5 times in the cost of current materials, 1.2 times in the labor input than the traditional culture type. And in the traditional grow type, the cost of labor input is the 2.5 times more than current materials input, and in the mulching culture type, the cost is the 1.2 times. So it shows that both types' production rely on the labor input. In the result of productivity measure by analyzing input-output, the mulching culture type has priority in land productivity and labor productivity. So the two types are assumed to have technical difference. Particularly, in the labor input for the improvement quality, the mulching culture type inputs more, so it is assumed that the labor technology difference be existed From the measure result of product function, it is improved that the mulching culture type's elasticity is 0.048 higher than the traditional culture type in the area of labor input. This result shows that the two culture types have differences of production technology for producing good quality mandarin oranges more.
