관광지정보시스템 품질이 사용자 만족에 미치는 영향 연구

Abstract
The tourism-info websites and online communities of local governments provide tourists with useful travel information about their destination, so that many users visit them to explore information desired. However, it still lacks comparative studies on those two media. Since maintaining continuous relationship with users is such an essential element to its profit model in destination information system, it is considered to be meaningful to examine influencing factors of relation continuity through comparison of both two media. Especially, considering that Jeju region shows the highest satisfaction with overall domestic sightseeing tour, intention to revisit and intention to recommend to others, maintaining continuous relationship with users is more important.
In order for practical operation of tourism information about Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, this study aimed to draw success factors of destination information system by verifying user satisfaction and the quality of destination information system, and influencing relation and differences of relation continuity of both media.
In order to achieve the objective of this study, this study drew out factors of system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction and relation continuity, based on the advanced researches on tourism-information websites and online communities. To measure destination information system, research models and hypotheses were set up by applying a successful model of information system. In order to verify the hypotheses, data was collected through quasi-experiment, and research hypotheses were verified by using SPSS 19.0 statistical package.
Regarding theoretical implications of this study, it is significant that it conducted comparative research on two media including tourism-information websites and online communities. In regard of influence of variables on user satisfaction in the advanced researches on information system, we had different results from the advanced researches, which might be originated from the objective of information and system, and also subjects that use it. Thus it suggests that regarding the quality of information system, the order of its priority should be considered in dependent on its objective and users.
In regard of operational implications, we should provide tourism information that has high sufficiency, usefulness and suitability, through prior-review and continuous management of methods of provision, by accurately understanding informational demands of both tourists and potential tourists who like to visit Jeju. Also the tourism information of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province should work as a factor to make them visit Jeju when selecting the next destination, and also create new demands continuously. Additionally, the tourism information of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province should play a role as a mediator that can directly connect tourism businesses with tourists by providing the function of reservation, which should be working as a role that vitalize the local economy.
