曹植 詩歌의 女性形象硏究

Abstract

In the history of Chinese literature the good reputation on the literary works of CaoZhi, with their innovative styles and outstanding accomplishments, has handed down to posterity. The first literary circle was founded in Jianan(建安) era when writers became active in literary creation, in the vanishing trend of remaining anonymous, and it was a new beginning of the Chinese literature. That era, though dotted with unprecedented disorders and wars politically and socially, was considered a significant period that had a grave impact on the literary development of later years in the literary traits inherited. During his short span of life, CaoZhi bequeathed 200 works in various genre including 80 pieces of Fu(賦) and plus prose, and he greatly influenced on the poetic development after Jianan era. Among the most of his poems, he adopted a wide variety of feminine imagery depicting his own feeling. It is important to analyze how CaoZhi utilized those feminine images to represent his inner world of consciousness. Those feminine figures were natural beauties with full of elegant dignity and vividness as well as humanity. CaoZhi drew an analogy between women and himself to represent the grief from the loss of love and to show pains of life through feminine images. The feminine imagery in the poetry of CaoZhi were mainly tragic but combined both inner and outer beauty together. They generally came to the end in tragedy without having opportunities to unfold their hopes and talents.
