Abstract

The casino management takes a role to attract foreign capital, secure tax revenues and make a create employment effects. Also, the government and private industries are participated in founding the domestic casinos conforming family-complex resort and trying to change the closed mine area as the famous tourism destination. The industry provide a service to customer as their state of assets and it makes a special organized culture in the Casino industry. In the past time, the domestic casino just focused on pursing of profit, so it made a closed, oppressive cultures. But nowadays, as the appearance of large scale public casino, the industry cultures are changed to focus the internal marketing, relationship-culture, innovation-culture. This study is about to separate the industry as management like public casino, private casino, domestic citizen permitted casino, foreign permitted casino, and large and small size casino. Also, focusing on the dealer, the study is said to the differences of the organizational culture perception using Quinn's competing value approach model.
