2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 성취평가제의 성취기준·성취수준 지표 개발 방안 연구

Abstract

교육부는 창의·인성교육의 활성화를 목표로 2009 개정 교육과정부터 교 육과정과 교수·학습평가가 유기적으로 연계된 성취평가제를 도입하였다. 성취평가제의 시행을 위해 중·고등학교 모든 교과에 성취기준과 성취수준 을 마련하였으나 음악과의 경우평가에 적합하지 않은 성취기준과 성취수 준이 제시되었으며, 음악과 심화과목의 성취평가방안은 학교 및 지역 자 체적으로 개발하여 운영하고 있어 현장에서 혼란이 발생되고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 성취평가제의 시행에 따른 음악과 심화과목 중 시창·교과 의 성취기준·성취수준·평가문항을 자체적으로 개발하는 것에 목표를 두었 다. 이를 위해 성취평가제의 전반적 이론과 음악과 심화과목 성취평가방 안에서 심화과목의 현황 및 운영, 성취기준·성취수준·평가문항 개발 원리 를 살펴보았다. 이상의 연구를 통해 개발된 성취평가방안을 시창·청음 교과에 적용하여 성취기준에 따른 성취수준, 영역·학기단위의 성취수준, 예시평가문항의 순 서로 실제 예시를 개발·제시하였다. 개발 되어진 음악과 심화과목 시창·청음 교과의 성취평가방안은 학교현 장에서의 원활한 운영에 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다.

The Ministry of Education in Korea introduced the Achievement Evaluation System connected with curriculum and evaluation of lessons since the 2009 Educational Curriculum Revision in the aim of invigorating the education of creativity and personality. For an enforcement of the Achievement Evaluation System, middle and high schools arranged achievement standards and levels for every subjects, but confusions are occurring in the field as inappropriate achievement standards and levels are suggested for music subject and achievement evaluation plans for advanced subjects of music are self-developed and self-operated in local areas and schools. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop the achievement standards, levels and evaluation questions for the sight singing class of advanced subjects of music in accordance with the enforcement of the Achievement Evaluation System. For the purpose, the researcher looked into the current state and operation of advanced subjects and the principle of creating achievement standards, levels and evaluation questions in the overall theory of the Achievement Evaluation System and achievement evaluationplans for advanced subjects of music. Through this study, the researcher applied the developed achievement evaluation to the sight singing and ear training classes and suggested actual examples of achievement levels in accordance with achievement standards, achievement levels for each unit of area and semester and sample questions for evaluation in order. Developed plans for achievement evaluation of sight singing and ear training in advanced subject of music are expected to be helpful in operating classes smoothly in the field of education.
