진로상담을 위한 명리학의 적용가능성 탐색

Abstract

본 연구는 명리학(命理學)을 진로상담에 활용한 연구로 명리학이 실증적이고 논리적 인 학문으로 진로상담을 위한 대안이 될 수 있음을 보여주는 연구라는 점에 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서는 진로상담에서 구체적이고 적극적인 진로지도를 안내하고, 경제적 손 실을 줄이기 위한 대안으로 명리학을 바탕으로 계획하였으며 진로상담을 위한 이론적 설 득력을 갖기 위해 서양의 진로상담 이론인 Holland이론과 Super의 생애 주기이론을 적 용하였다. 인간 각자의 개인적 환경이 진로와 직업에 영향을 미칠수 있다는 가설 하에 사주원국의 재성과 더불어 대운(大運)‧세운 (歲運)이 환경으로 기능을 갖는지를 파악하 고자 하였다. 폐업한 자영업자들의 태어난 생년‧월‧일‧시를 바탕으로 돈과 재물을 벌어 들이는 능력 인 재성(財星)과 개인의 처해진 환경으로써, 대운(大運)․세운(歲運)에서의 변화와 길․흉 을 살피고자 하였다. 중화(中和)와 균형을 위해 사주의 주인공인 일간(日干) 에게 가장 필요한 오행인 용신(用神)의 변화를 살펴 폐업한 자영업자의 폐업시기를 예측한 연구다. 명리사주 분석은 서양의 Holland 직업흥미․적성검사와 함께 Super가 언급한 개인 이 처해진 환경을 통해 진로를 선택하는 횡적, 종적인 접근에 대한 방안을 갖는다. 돈과 재물을 벌어들이는 능력인 재성(財性)이 환경에 해당하는 대운․세운과 어떤 상관관계 를 갖는지 폐업한 자영업자의 사주팔자를 비교분석 하기 위해 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 선정하였다.

-ⅰ- 사주원국에서 폐업한 자영업자의 재성(財星)은 약한 사주일 것인가?

가설1-1. 폐업한 자영업자의 재성(財性)은 약한 사주일 것이다.

폐업한 자영업자의 용신(用神)이 대운(大運)․세운(歲運)에서 합(合)․형 (刑)․충(沖)되어 대운(大運)은 흉(凶)하게 작용할 것인가?

가설2-1. 폐업한 자영업자의 용신(用神)이 대운(大運)․세운(歲運)에서 합(合)․형 (刑)․충(沖)되어 대운(大運)은 흉(凶)하게 작용할 것이다.

폐업한 자영업자의 용신(用神)이 대운(大運)․세운(歲運)에서 합(合)․형 (刑)․충(沖)되어 세운(歲運)은 흉(凶)하게 작용할 것인가?

가설3-1. 폐업한 자영업자의 용신(用神)이 대운(大運)․세운(歲運)에서 합(合)․형 (刑)․충(沖)되어 세운(歲運)은 흉(凶)하게 작용할 것이다.

폐업한 자영업자의 월지(月支)가 대운(大運)․세운(歲運)에서 합(合)․형 (刑)․충(沖)이 될 것인가?

가설4-1. 폐업한 자영업자의 월지(月支)가 대운․세운에서 합․형․충이 될 것이다.

-ⅱ- 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여 눈덩이 표집으로 폐업한 자영업자 100명을 대상자로 선정하였다. 명리사주분석을 위한 필수사항인 폐업한 자영업자의 생년․월․일․시중 태어난 시(時)를 모른다고 기재하거나 폐업년도를 정확하게 기입하지 않는등 설문지의 물음에 불응한 부적절한 설문지들을 제외하고 100명의 대상자를 확보하였다. 100명의 폐업한 자영업자를 중심으로 명리사주분석에서 가장 필요한 생년․월․일․시등 인구학적 질문과 함께 20문항의 5점 Likert 척도의 설문지에 답하도록 하였다. 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집, 분석, 통계처리 하였다. 자료분석은 설문지 20문항을 바탕으로 SPSS Windows 18.0에 의해 백분율을 내어 통계처리 하였고, 빈도분석, 상관분석을 실시하여 각 문항을 비교분석 하였다. 명리 사주분석은 본 연구자 이외의 3명의 명리전문가가 블라인드방식으로 명리사주 분석표에 개별적으로 질적분석을 하였다. 연구자 삼각기법(triangulation)으로 4인의 공통된 내용만을 엄선하여 수합하였다. 부록에 대표로 5명의 사주분석표와 질적분석 방법을 예시로 제시하여 내용타당도와 신뢰도를 보충하고자 하였다. 이 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 폐업한 자영업자들의 대부분이 돈과 재물을 벌어들이는 능력인 육친중 재성(財性)이 약한 사주였으며, 그들의 대운(大運)․세운(歲運) 즉 일간(日干)이 처해진 환경과 조화롭지 못하고 용신(用神)이 대운․세운에서 합(合)․형(形)․충(冲) 됨으로써 자신에게 불리하게 작용하여 폐업에 이르렀음을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study to verify how a decade of Fortune and a year of Fortune, Sajuwonguk affect to the failed Businessman. This study is for using a inventory of career counseling, based on Meungrihak that is one of the oriental idealism, fatalism theory origined by long history. The past history of western career cunseling, the best idea was a Matching theory like Holland inventory. but these days, it is focused envirmount of yourself like Super says. According to your envirmount, you'll choose your own career. I'd like to recomand Meungrisaju analysis, because it has both of them. it has not only hobby, personality, characteristics but also personnel envirmount. it has good idea. it needs just your birthday, month, year, and time exactly. Accoding to Fatalism, It will predict to your life history like that Life, Death, Money, Study, Carrer and all your family relationships. It consist in Sajuwoonguk and a decade of Fortune and a year of Fortune. it shows detailly direction of life system. there are a lot of good points of Meungrisaju Analysis. One of them, spacially I'll reserch for a decade of fortune and a year of fortune, Sajuwonguk of 100 persons failed businessman. I would like to show you why they had to put off their business. Comparing a decade of fortune and a year of fortune, Sajuwonguk ,you shoud know the fact their interaction with each other. why They had exprienced not sucssesful business.

The result of study is like this:

< Hypothesis 1> In the Sajuwonguk, the power of Business ability was a three kind of weak and terrible condition. It means you don't have to own your Business. This tells in the clasical the oriental idealism, fatalism theory.

< Hypothesis 2 > The failed Businessman have weak point in a decade of fortune. Yongshin gives a valance for life system. but Yongshin couldn't be funtioning and didn't play the role.in the for a decade of Fortune by Yongshin's Hap, Hyung, Chung. Yongshin's Hap, Hyung, Chung mean it is bad condition that doesn't play the role by itself.

< Hypothesis 3 > The failed businessman have weak point in the for a year of Fortune. Yongshin gives a valance for life system. but Yongshin couldn't be funtioning and did not play the role in the for a year of fortune by Yongshin's Hap, Hyung, Chung

< Hypothesis 4 > The failed businessman have Woulgi's Hap, Hyung, Chung. it means you'll have to change your job

According to this study, I would like to suggest Mungrisaju analysis gives a new and good Idea to inventory of career counseling instead of western style does.
