중국경제의 성장둔화가 한국의 對중국 수출에 미치는 영향

Abstract

Korea and China signed an FTA at November 10, 2014. According to FTA, the Chinese market is more open to Korean enterprises, so the latter will get more advantages in exporting to China. The trade volume of the two countries will further increase, but recently Chinese economy becomes more and more obvious. According to the data from Chinese National Bureau of Statistics, it shows that, in 2015, Chinese economic growth rate is 6.9%, which is the lowest since 1990. So this study focuses on the impact of the slowdown in Chinese economy on Korea's exports to China and Korea's solutions. In the study, it firstly shows the current status of Chinese economy, the prospect of its future development, the slowdown in Chinese economy, the falling proportion of Chinese processing trade, and the variation tendency of competitive relation about main trade goods between China and Korea. And then, it analyzes the impact of the slowdown in Chinese economy on Korea's exports to China and Korea's solutions. Trade Statistics System of Korea International Trade Association(KITA) and UN COMTRADE is leveraged for this analysis. Meanwhile, this study makes full use of Index Analysis of TII(Trade Intensity Index), TSI(Trade Specification Index), MCA(Market Comparative Advantage) and CTB (Contribution to the Trade Balance) in order to analyze the trade link and the competitive relation about main trade goods between China and Korea.
