음악놀이를 활용한 리듬 지도 교수․학습 과정안 계발 연구

Abstract

학생들에게 음악은 학교 교육과정 속에서 배우기 전부터 생활 속에서 자연스럽 게 접해 왔던 것이다. 그러나 단순히 듣고 보는 음악이 아니라 제대로 느끼고 스 스로 표현하기 위해 체계적인 음악 교육이 필요하다. 학생들이 즐거우면서 학습의 효과를 끌어내기 위한 방법 중의 하나는 놀이라고 생각한다. 특히나 초등학교 저학년 시기는 음과 리듬에 대한 기억력이 발달하기 때문에 흡수력이 대단하다. 놀이를 즐기는 학생들에게 놀이를 하는 중에도 노래 와 리듬적인 것을 수반한다면 학생들은 음악을 좋아하게 될 것이고, 음악적 능력 은 커질 것이다. 이에 본 연구자는 초등학교 2학년 음악 지도에 다소나마 도움이 되기를 바라 며, 음악놀이라고 하는 큰 주제를 중심으로 리듬을 지도하는 방법이 정립되어야 한다는 것에 중점을 두었다. 리듬 지도 요소를 박(일정박), 강박과 약박, 박자, 음의 길이, 리듬꼴, 빠르기, 장단으로 제한하고, 2009 개정 교육과정 2학년 1학 기 즐거운 생활과의 제재곡에서 리듬 지도 요소를 추출하였다. 그리고 음악놀이 중 학생들이 수업 중 '함께 하는 놀이'로 범위를 제한하였다. 초등학교 저학년 학 생들이 쉽고 자연스럽게 리듬 개념을 형성할 수 있는 음악놀이 활동을 바탕으로 리듬 지도 교수․학습 과정안을 구안하였다. 본 연구의 활동과 관련하여 무엇보다 교사의 역할이 중요하다고 여겨진다. 학 교 현장에서 학습을 위해 제작된 프로그램을 사용하더라도 교사들이 적절하게 활 용할 수 있으려면, 교사는 음악적 리듬감에 대해 정확히 알고 있어야 하고 교사 자신이 리듬을 표현할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 또한 학생들이 표현하는 리듬이 옳 고 그른지를 판단할 수도 있어야 한다. 초등학교 저학년 시기부터 음악놀이 활동을 통하여 리듬감을 향상시키고, 음악 에 대한 흥미와 긍정적인 태도뿐만 아니라, 잠재된 음악적 능력을 기를 수 있기 를 기대한다.

To students, music is something they naturally encountered in their daily lives before even learning it from the school curriculum. However, in order to allow the students to actually feel and express music and not just simply listen to I, there is a need for a systematic music education. Among the best methods for achieving both joy for students and effective education is a game. Furthermore, students in lower grades of elementary school are actively developing their memory for sound and rhythm. As such, they are able to absorb a lot. If it is possible to accompany music and rhythm while playing games for students who enjoy games, students will naturally come to love music and their musical capabilities be greater. The following research hopes the research would be beneficial to musical education for 2nd grade elementary school students, and places the purpose of the paper in establishing a method for educating rhythm with an overarching focus on musical games. Elements for rhythm education were limited to beat (even tempo), downbeat and upbeat, beats, vocal length, rhythm rate, speed, movement. Instructional elements for rhythm education were taken from 2009 revised 2nd grade 1st semester curriculum on happy folk songs. Additionally, musical games were limited to 'games together' conducted during class time. Based on musical game activities that can naturally and easily lead to an understanding of rhythm principles for lower grade elementary school students, rhythm education teacher and learning plans were drawn. Relating to the activities discussed in the following research, the paper finds the teacher's role being the most important element. Even if a program is created that is specifically tailored for an educational environment at school, teachers must be educated of musical rhythm in order to appropriately utilize it and they must be able to express them freely as well. Additionally, teachers must be able to evaluate whether or not students are correctly expressing the present rhythms. The paper expects that students are able to improve their rhythm skills through musical games starting from the lower grades in elementary school, to have an increased interest in music, have a positive attitude, and hone their hidden musical talent.
