Abstract
School trips help students to deal with academic stress in their teenage years, make friendships more intimate, experience a new world outside of their daily lives, . Although youth tourism can not be said to be a big part of the tourism market, it is necessary to have an interest in the education and tourism market for young people with high self – development needs considering that it is a growing educational and tourism market. The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational experiences of adolescents and to analyze the relationship between recommendation and recommendation between educational experience, tourism satisfaction, and behavioral intentions do. Through theoretical studies, first, we will explore the fundamental concepts and features of small-scale themed educational trips. Second, I would like to analyze the influence of small - scale theme - based educational trips on youth satisfaction and behavioral intention. Third, it is necessary to investigate what kind of current small-scale theme-based educational trips are being conducted, to draw out problems, and to identify the influencing factors that maximize the satisfaction of tourists through educational trips, I want to present it. The spatial extent of the research was limited to the youth visiting Jeju Island. The time frame is a small-scale theme-based educational trip to visit in June 2016 and April 2017, All subjects were limited to the second grade of high school in Seoul. The questionnaire consisted of 400 copies distributed in a self - replicating manner, and 386 copies were selected as the final validity sample except for the questionnaire with poor response or low reliability. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23 statistical package. According to empirical analysis, the hypothesis that the satisfaction level of small - scale theme - based educational trips in Jeju will be different from that of recommendation, suggests that male students influence recommendation doctors only at the level of housing satisfaction and program satisfaction, In the hypothesis that there will be a difference, there is a difference in the intention to revisit the hotel satisfaction and program satisfaction only at the significance level. Therefore, it was analyzed that only male students' satisfaction and program satisfaction influenced recommendation doctors and revisit intention. In the case of female students, only the satisfaction of the program was found to affect the recommendation physician at the level of significance. Also, the hypothesis that the satisfaction of physician was different from the physician ' Therefore, in the case of female students, only the satisfaction of the program has an influence on the recommendation doctors and willingness to revisit.
In conclusion, it can be seen that a variety of programs are needed depending on the tendency to develop specialized programs and interest to maximize the educational effects of small-scale themed.
First, the program should be developed on various thematic educational trips. The small-scale themed travel support center and the programs provided by each government office are limited and there are no differentiated programs. A variety of program experiences that make use of the characteristics of Jeju Island will enhance the students' satisfaction and will affect their future visits and recommendations. Second, accommodation and traffic improved much more than the previous study, but this study is not general result because it covers limited accommodation. Students should make use of travel amenities more advanced. Accommodation provides a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, and sanitary conditions and safety checks for accommodation and transportation should be thoroughly conducted at the accommodation. Third, it is the part of the meal that has the least satisfaction in the past and present. The most basic food is poor quality and unsanitary because of being a group. Considering school meals, students should be able to provide good quality meals and special meals that can only be eaten in Jeju. Finally, small-scale themed educational trips are a trial and error step. By providing students with the opportunity to select the most educational and educational trips, Jeju Island offers the most convenient facilities and a wide variety of programs to choose from. It is significant that it has an impact. This study will be more meaningful if it provides basic data necessary for the development of a systematic operating program through the analysis of the influence of the small-scale theme educational travel satisfaction on the revisit inquiry and recommendation intention and the gender difference of the youth.
