거리공연 사례분석을 통한 애플리케이션개발 방향 제언

Abstract

공연은 우리가 사는 사회를 발전시키고 각종 사회적인 문제를 해결 할 수 있는 중요한 발판의 분야이다. 타 지역 거리에서의 공연은 일반 연주공연부터 각종 장비를 이용한 빅밴드까지 기존의 공연장에서 볼 수 없었던 다양한 형태의 공연이 이루어지고 있다. 이를 토대로 '거리공연장'과 '차 없는 거리'등이 생겨 나므로써 문화의 관심 있는 시민들에게 큰 기폭제가 될 것이다. 또한 스마트폰 보급률과 애플리케이션 사용률이 급속도로 변화하는 점도 현재 거리공연에 큰 소통의 장으로 부각 시킬 필요성이 있다. 하지만 아직 제주에는 이러한 기틀이 마련되어 있지 못하는 실정이다. 따라서 타 시도의 문화선진 흐름에 발맞추어 제주에도 거리공연의 지속가능한 정책제언이 필요하다. 이는 문화예술의 경험을 하지 못한 도민들에게는 거리공연의 접근성을 높이는 획기적인 역할을 할 것입니다. 본 연구는 제주의 거리공연을 사례를 통해 제주형 애플리케이션 모형 개발에 중점을 두어 제주시 지역의 거리공연 활성화 되어있는 곳을 홍보실태, 거리공연과 장소, 지원에 대한 정보 습득 방법, 네트워크 구축실태, 등록제 대한 의견 등을 분석하고, 타 도,시의 홈페이지 및 애플리케이션의 홍보내용과 방법, 거리공연 장소 제공 정보, 거리공연 관련 각종 지원 내용과 방법, 네트워크 구축 지원 방법, 등록제 시행 관련 내용 등을 분석하였다. 그 결과 거리공연의 기반을 구축하고 홍보를 통합화하여 공연자와 도민과의 접근성을 높여 거리공연 활성화를 도모할 필요성이 있다. 이를 위해서는 전문인력을 양성할 수 있는 기관운영과 도민들이 의식을 높일 수 있는 기관 운영을 활성화 하고 이를 바탕으로 도민들 스스로 기획하고 정책을 요청할 수 있는 기틀을 마련하여 거리공연이 또 하나의 문화로 자리 매김할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이를 바탕으로 제주도만의 애플리케이션 모형 개발을 통해 공연자, 도민, 관광객, 행정기관이 하나 되는 지역 공동체문화를 만드는 중요한 계기가 될 것이다. 끝으로 제주에서의 '제주형 애플리케이션 모형개발'을 통하여 시민단체, 공연단체, 도민이 중심으로 거리공연의 발전에 참여하여 타 도,시의 모범 사례가 될 수 있을 것이다.

Performances are major footsteps for us to develop the society and resolve various social problems. Street performances in other areas include general performances and various other types of performances such as big band performances using different kinds of equipment. As there are 'street performance areas' and 'careless streets' for those performances, they will attract many people who are interested in culture. Also, the fact that Smartphone usage and Application usage are rapidly increasing reflects the needs to develop street performances into a major center of communication. However, Jeju has not laid a foundation to do so. Therefore, it is necessary to suggest sustainable policies for street performances in Jeju to keep up with the cultural advancement of other cities and provinces. This will be an innovative motivation for the local residents to enjoy street performances. This study discussed cases of street performances in Jeju to focus on the development of a localized application model for Jeju and analyzed the places where street performances are active in Jeju in terms of recognizability, source of information about street performances, locations, and support, network, and opinion about registration system. It also analyzed other cities' and provinces' Homepage and application promotions, information on locations of street performance, various supports for street performances, support for network, and registration system. As a result, it was found that it is necessary to integrate the platform for promotion of street performances to bring the performers closer to the local people in order to activate the street performances. For this purpose institutions should be supported to nurture professional manpower and enhance the awareness of local people and the local people should be supported to plan and request policies to develop street performances into a cultural activity. Then Jeju's unique application model should be developed to develop a local community that brings performers, local people, tourists, and administrative offices together. Lastly, Jeju's 'application model' would encourage the civil organizations, performance groups, and local residents to participate in the development of street performances to set an example for other cities and provinces.
