모바일결제서비스가이용만족과 사후행동의도에미치는영향 : 제주지역 방문 중국관광객을 대상으로

Abstract
The current 'Korean wave' is raising interest in Korea. In this study, the mobile payment service is prepared based on the purpose of the mobile payment service based on the purpose of customer satisfaction and user follow-up. Since the degree of influence of experienced Chinese emotions differs, and the degree of effect of emotion on customer satisfaction is also different, the necessary process of mobile payment service user satisfaction and user follow-up is also considered a matter of psychology. As an independent variable, preferred variables for mobile payment service characteristics (security, benefits, convenience, and diversity) were set up as user satisfaction. Along with these variables, diverse measures were configured as emotional response parameters for user satisfaction. The impact factors on the post-action intent on the mobile payment service user satisfaction process were analyzed. The survey period is 16 days from 5 March 2018 to 20 March 2018, and 280 mobile payment service users are surveyed. Removing 16 invalid questionn
aires and analyzing SPSS programs and AMOS statistics for 264 copies (visiting Chinese tourists with experience with mobile payment services in Jeju, A friend introduction, an online site, a survey person, and an introduction) were used to analyze the final valid sample to validate the hypothesis. First, verification of differences between factors depending on demographic and gender of behavioral characteristics showed that the mobile payment service characteristics of variables differ in the average value of women compared to men. Women tend to use mobile payment services more than men, who can see characteristics that like mobile payment services. There is a significant difference in the average number of people in their ages are high in the 20s and 30s. Second, four characteristics, such as diversity, security, convenience, and convenience, were set as independent variables and the user satisfaction level was set as dependent variables in order to view the relationship to user satis faction depending on the characteristics of the mobile payment service. Third, in order to examine the relationship between satisfaction with mobile payment service and follow-up intention, we conducted multiple regression analysis by setting the degree of satisfaction with using mobile payment service as an independent variable and setting follow-up action intent as a depen
dent variable. Therefore, the use of mobile payment services in Korea and the satisfaction of Chinese tourists means that they can come up with meaningful results and intentions to recommend their visit to Korea and return visits to Korea. Chinese tourists can continue to use the mobile payment service after the fact and recommend other people to use the mobile payment service if they come to Korea. This study was conducted mainly through a survey on the satisfaction of Chinese mobile payment service tourists and their intention to act after their actions. To overcome the limitations of research and obtain more efficient information, various research studies are expected. Future studies may require a wide selection of research market locations. A wider study of the post-action intentions will be needed for various mobile payment service characteristics. It is necessary to take a very serious approach to overseas expansion of Chinese mobile payment services.
