뮤지컬 감상 수업 지도안 연구 고등학교 1학년을 대상으로

Abstract

본 논문은 주요과목의 학업스트레스 속에서 마음의 양식을 쌓는 시간인 음악 교과시간에 학생들이 조금 더 관심과 흥미를 가지는 데 도움이 되고자 하는 취지에서 연구되었다. 2015 개정 교육과정 음악교과부분에서는 음악을 중심으로 다른 예술영역들과의 연계를 통해 음악적 정서를 표현하고 소통하는 방법을 배우도록 하는 것을 강조하고 있다. 뮤지컬은 다양한 예술분야로 결합된 종합예술로 이러한 부분을 충족시킨다. 그리고 뮤지컬은 대중음악과 순수 음악의 특징을 함께 가지고 있어, 가창․감상․기악 등 음악의 여러 요소들을 함께 체험할 수 있다. 이러한 뮤지컬은 학생들의 관심과 흥미를 끌어내는 데 적합한 예술분야이다. 학교음악교육에서 감상활동은 가장 접근하기 쉬운 음악활동이며, 음악의 아름다움을 느끼는 청각활동을 통해 학생들의 정서에 많은 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 뮤지컬 감상을 중심으로 한 수업을 통해 음악에 대한 이해를 높여 학생들의 음악성을 발전시키는 데 목적을 두었으며, 수업의 활용할 소재로서 서양의 뮤지컬 '레 미제라블'과 한국의 뮤지컬 '영웅'을 선정하였다. 연구에 활용한 뮤지컬 '레 미제라블'과 '영웅'은 프랑스 혁명과 대한민국의 안중근의 의사의 독립운동을 배경으로 만들어져 역사적 사실을 반영한 뮤지컬이라는 공통점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 역사적 배경은 수업에 있어 뮤지컬 감상뿐만 아니라 한국의 역사를 서양의 역사와 비교하여 생각해 볼 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 따라서 본 논문은 뮤지컬의 개념, 구성요소, 음악적 구조에 대하여 자세히 제시함으로써 뮤지컬에 대해 보다 깊이 있는 지식을 전달하여 음악을 사랑하고 즐길 수 있는 경험을 제공한다. 그리고 유투브(YouTube) 영상과 스크린을 활용한 감상과 대표곡 제창활동을 통해 학생들의 흥미를 이끌어 내어 수업의 완성도를 높이고 뮤지컬에 대한 이해를 돕는다.

We have studied this paper in an effort to help students become more interested in music during music classes and cultivate their minds. As the highlighted part of the reserved music curriculum in 2015, it is crucial to learn how to express and communicate musical emotions in association with other art fields, and for this, the musical was the best for if as it is the combination of various art fields. The study aims to increase understanding of music and develop its musical quality through classes centered on musical appreciation. The classes covers the Western musical "Les Miserables" and the Korean musical "Hero" The similarity etween "Les Miserables" set in the French Revolution and "Hero"set in the story of Ahn Jung-geun is that they are both based on history. One can think about not only listening but also comparing the history of freedom between the two. Additionally, by presenting the concepts, elements and musical structure in detail, students can enjoy musical genres that are easily accessible in real life. In addition to drawing attention to students with YouTube videos and screen recognition classes, students can also sing a musical song by singing together with other people's songs to sing the musical pieces.
