4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비한 상담 패러다임에 대한 연구

Abstract

The representative characteristics of the 4th Industrial Revolution are rapid technological development and the wide range of changes resulting from each. This study discussed the effects of the 4th Industrial Revolution on the counseling field and the response to the counseling field. For this purpose, this study conducted a literature review method analyzing the field of counseling and the 4th industrial revolution. The meaning of discussing counseling with the Fourth Industrial Revolution implies technological change and its influence, and discusses focusing on the relationship between technology change and counseling. From this point of view, this study analyzed the meaning of technology introduction to counseling focusing on counseling components. Counseling components are a criterion for examining the effects of external environment on counseling. These are defined to help understand the changing patterns by comparing the changes between before and after technology introduction. Counseling components were divided into time, space, relationship, content, technical response and detailed elements according to each component. The results of this study are as follows. First, it is found that the technological change has affected various components of the counseling component. The effects of technological change on each component of counseling were examined through cases where telephone and internet were applied to counseling. It was found that the introduction of technology in the counseling field influenced overall counseling components. The environment in which counseling services can be provided has been further expanded, and people's accessibility to counseling has increased. However, in terms of technology response, application of universalized technology to the consulting field has brought a limit to allow the counseling field to passively respond to the introduction of technology. Second, this study analyzed the definition, characteristics, and major issues of the 4th Industrial Revolution and its effect on counseling. In the course of the 4th industrial revolution, characterized by a wide range of innovations and technological innovations, we were able to anticipate changes in each of the components of the consultation. The counseling field needs to be prepared effectively for the new environment surrounding counseling. To this end, we discussed the need for attitude and attitude for technology changes, the enhancement of counselors' environment through technology, and the need to provide an ethical guide to technology. To this end, this study discussed the attitude of the counseling field needed when dealing with technological change, the enhancement of counselors and counseling environment through technology, and the role of counseling field to provide human-centered and ethical guidance and support for technology . Based on the previous discussion, this study examined the change of counseling and the countermeasures in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, focusing on the components of counseling. The expansion of the space - time environment surrounding the counseling and the new perception of it could be expected to prepare new research and preparation for the future counseling environment. The changes in the counseling component due to the 4th Industrial Revolution were expected to require proper use of technology. Therefore, from the viewpoint of technology response, the counseling field needs to be actively recognized and coped with the technology, and it is necessary to expand the scope of technology that the counseling field should be interested in. The significance of this study is that the effect of the 4th Industrial Revolution on the counseling field and the way in which the counseling field is changed in detail are examined from the viewpoint of counseling. It is also meaningful that the new explanation and solution of the new environment and the change of the counseling environment due to the 4th Industrial Revolution were suggested and a series of discussions related to it were developed. This study aims at conceptual discussion based on literature study. Therefore, this study suggested the implementation of practical services and systems based on the conceptual discussions here and further study on the continuing changes in the field of counseling.

4차 산업혁명의 대표적 특징은 급격한 기술 발달과 그로 인해 파생되는 각 영역에서의 폭넓은 변화이다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명이 상담 분야에 끼칠 영향과 다가올 변화에 필요한 상담 분야의 대응에 대하여 논의하였다. 이를 위해, 상담분야와 4차 산업혁명 분야를 주제로 저술 분석을 통한 문헌연구 방법으로 연구를 진행하였다. 상담을 4차 산업혁명과 함께 논의하는 것은 기술 변화와 그로 인한 영향력, 특히 기술 변화와 상담과의 연관성에 초점을 둔 논의를 진행함을 의미한다. 이러한 기본 관점에서, 본 연구는 공학기술 및 매체 도입의 의미와 시사점을 상담의 구성요소 중심으로 분석하였다. 상담 구성요소는 외부의 환경이 상담에 미치는 영향을 고찰할 수 있는 기준으로, 공학기술 및 매체 도입의 사전/사후 변화 모습을 비교함으로써 변화 양상에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해 정의되었다. 구성요소는 시간, 공간, 관계, 내용, 기술대응과 각 구성요소에 따른 세부요소로 구분되었다. 전화와 인터넷이 상담 분야에 적용되었던 사례를 통해 기술 변화가 상담의 각 구성요소에 미친 변화를 고찰한 결과, 공학기술 및 매체 도입은 상담 구성요소 전반에 다양하게 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있었다. 상담 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 환경은 더욱 확장되었고, 상담에 대한 사람들의 접근 가능성이 높아졌다. 그러나 기술대응 측면에서, 보편적인 기술의 상담 분야 적용은 상담 분야가 기술 도입에 대해 일정 부분 수동적으로 대응하게 하는 한계를 가져왔음을 확인할 수 있었다. 다음으로 4차 산업혁명의 정의와 특징, 주요 이슈를 검토하여 상담에 미칠 영향을 분석하였다. 광범위한 혁신과 기술 혁명의 특징을 가지는 4차 산업혁명의 과정에서, 상담 구성요소 각각의 변화 모습을 예상할 수 있었다. 상담을 둘러싼 새로운 환경에서 상담 분야가 효과적으로 대비할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해, 기술변화를 대할 때 요구되는 자세, 기술을 통한 상담자와 상담환경의 증강, 기술에 대한 인간 중심적이고 윤리적인 가이드와 규범 제공 필요성에 대한 상담 분야의 역할에 대해 논의하였다. 앞선 논의를 바탕으로, 4차 산업혁명 시대에 상담의 변화 모습과 대응을 상담의 구성요소 중심으로 살펴보았다. 상담을 둘러싼 시공간의 확장과 이에 대한 새로운 인식은 미래 상담 환경을 새롭게 다루는 연구와 준비가 가능할 것으로 기대할 수 있었다. 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 상담 구성요소의 변화는 공학기술 및 매체의 적재적소 활용을 요구할 것으로 예상되었다. 따라서 기술대응 측면에서, 상담 분야는 기술에 대해 보다 적극적인 인식과 대처가 필요하고, 상담 분야가 관심을 가져야 할 기술 범위의 확대가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 상담의 관점에서 4차 산업혁명에 대한 자료를 바탕으로 상담 분야 전반에 미치는 영향과 세부적으로 변화될 모습에 대해 살펴보았다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. 또한 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 상담의 환경 변화와 그로 인해 야기될 새로운 현상에 대한 새로운 설명체계와 해결방식의 필요성을 제시하고, 그와 관련된 일련의 논의를 전개하였다는 점에서도 의미가 있다. 본 연구는 문헌연구를 바탕으로 한 개념적 논의에 목적을 두었다. 따라서 추후 과제로 본 연구의 개념적 논의를 토대로 한 실제적 서비스와 시스템 구현과 지속적인 변화의 흐름에 따른 상담 분야의 발전 방향에 대한 이론적 연구와 실제적 연구를 제언하였다.
