그림책을 활용한 진로교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 진로인식에 미치는 효과

Abstract

이 연구는 그림책을 활용한 진로교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 진로인식에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구에서 개발한 그림책을 활용한 진로교육 프로그램은 선행 연구 및 관련 문헌에 대한 조사와 ‘2015 학교 진로교육 목표와 성취기준’ 중에서 ‘초등학교 진로교육 세부목표와 성취기준’을 검토한 결과를 바탕으로 초등학교 1학년 수준에 맞는 그림책과 성취기준을 선정하여 총 10차시로 구성하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 제주특별자치도 서귀포시 소재 D초등학교 1학년 2개 학급을 선정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 실험집단에는 그림책을 활용한 진로교육 프로그램을 실시하였고, 비교집단에는 학교 교육과정에 근거한 일반적인 진로교육 수업을 실시한 후 두 집단의 진로 인식 검사 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 그림책을 활용한 진로교육 프로그램은 초등학생의 진로인식 향상에 유의미한 효과가 있었다. 실험집단과 비교집단의 사전·사후 검사 점수를 비교하여 본 결과 일과 직업세계의 이해, 일에 대한 긍정적인 태도 및 가치관, 합리적인 의사결정의 3개 영역에서 통계적으로 유의미한 효과를 보였다.| The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of career education programs using picture books on career recognition of first graders in elementary school. The career education program using picture books developed in this study consisted of a total of 10 classes by selecting picture books and achievement standards suitable for the first grade of elementary school based on a survey on previous studies and related literature and a review of the 2015 school career education goals and achievement standards. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, two classes of first-year students of D Elementary School in Seogwipo-si, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province were selected and conducted. Both groups conducted preliminary tests, the experimental group conducted career education programs using picture books, and the comparative group conducted general career education classes based on the school curriculum, and both groups conducted post-examinations.The results of this study are as follows. The career education program using picture books had a significant effect on improving career awareness in the first grade of elementary school. As a result of comparing the pre- and post-test scores of the experimental group and the comparative group, it showed statistically significant effects in three areas: understanding work and the world of work, positive attitudes and values, and rational decision-making.
