Abstract
In today's rapidly changing and highly competitive business environment, the role of human resources is the most important things so that companies can respond quickly and proactively to the changes in the environment and gain a competitive advantage. The feature of human resources lies in constant self-development of human resources efforts, a positive attitude and state of mind and etc. It can be strengthened and promoted through supportive organization atmosphere.
In order to keep the excellent human resources, career success which they feel subjectively is important and It is significant to understand the integrated mechanism of each variable including career learning, positive psychological capital and perceived organizational support in a dimension of building organization competitive power. In this sense, Research on investigating the relationships between linked variables has been actively making an attempt, however the range of research is still limited and studies that reveal a connection between career learning and positive psychological capital as well as work experience learning and subjective career success, or several attempts to define perceived organizational support in the process of research are greatly deficient. received organizational support is greatly lacking attempt.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of career learning on subjective career success(career satisfaction, employability) and clarify the medicate effect of positive psychological capital in this process. Perceived organizational support should also be verified in relation to career learning and positive psychological capital. This data were gathered from 306 employees who were working in banks or the companies which have more than 100 business people in Korea.

The gist of research result is as follows :
Not only had career learning a direct effect on subjective career success(career satisfaction, employability), but positive psychological capital mediated career learning and subjective career success(career satisfaction, employability). The results of hierarchical regression analyses showed that perceived organizational support modulated between career learning and positive psychological capital.
Specific verification result is as follows. First, career learning was identified as the leading variable that describes the positive psychological capital. Next, career learning was found as the leading variable that accounts for the career satisfaction. Third, career learning was made certain that the leading variable explains possibility of employment. Fourth, the mediator effect of positive psychological capital were confirmed in relation to career learning and subjective career success(career satisfaction, employability). Positive psychological capital appeared full meditator effect in relation to career learning and career satisfaction and there were partial meditator effects on the career learning and employability. Finally, the regulation effects of perceived organizational support were confirmed in relation to career learning and positive psychological capital.
Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study and future research directions were discussed.
