유아교육 전공자를 위한 창업교육 프로그램 개발

Abstract

유아교육 분야에서 효율적으로 적용할 수 있는 창업교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위해서는 유아교육 전공자의 학습요구 및 학습내용을 분석하여 프로그램을 설계하고, 이를 바탕으로 실행하며, 타당성 및 적절성에 대한 평가를 진행하는 단계를 거치는 연구가 필요하다. 이러한 연구의 필요성을 근거로 구체적인 구성 체계를 바탕으로 유아교육 전공자를 위한 창업교육 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다. 연구 1. 유아교육 전공자를 위한 창업교육 프로그램의 구성 체계는 어떠한가? 1) 창업교육 프로그램 개발에서 연구 대상의 요구는 무엇인가? 2) 창업교육 프로그램의 목적 및 목표는 어떠한가? 3) 창업교육 프로그램의 교수-학습 방법은 어떻게 할 것인가? 4) 창업교육 프로그램의 내용은 어떻게 조직되는가? 5) 창업교육 프로그램의 평가 후 어떤 변화가 있는가? 5-1) 창업교육 프로그램 적용 후 창업자기효능감은 어떠한 변화가 있는가? 5-2) 창업교육 프로그램 적용 후 창의적 사고력은 어떠한 변화가 있는가? 5-3) 창업교육 프로그램 적용 후 창업가 정신은 어떠한 변화가 있는가? 5-4) 창업교육 프로그램 적용 후 창업의지는 어떠한 변화가 있는가? 5-5) 창업교육 프로그램의 만족도는 어떠한가?

유아교육 전공 학생들을 위한 창업교육 프로그램 개발을 위해 ADDIE 모형과 델파이를 기반으로 한프로그램을 개발하였다. 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가의 단계를 거치고, 실행단계에서의 지속적인 평가 및 피드백이 이루어졌으며, 단계마다 전문가 협의 과정을 거쳐 타당성을 검증하였다. 유아교육 전공자를 위한 창업교육 프로그램 개발의 분석단계에서는 선행연구, 요구조사, 학습자 및 환경분석이 이루어지고, 설계단계에서는 목표 및 내용, 교수학습방법 및 평가내용이 설계되었으며, 개발 단계에서는 프로그램 개발 및 프로그램 계획안 개발, 프로그램 실행단계에서는 창업탐색 및 창업실전 프로 그램을 적용하였다. 마지막으로 평가단계에서는 창업자기효능감, 창의적 사고력, 창업가 정신, 창업 의지, 프로그램 만족도를 평가하였다, 프로그램 평가단계에서의 창업자기효능감, 창의적 사고력, 창업가 정신, 창업의지는 수강 전보다 증가하였으며, 프로그램 만족도도 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 프로그램은 변형된 ADDIE 모형을 기반으로 한 프로그램 설계 측면, 유아교육과 창업교육 개발 측면, 발전하는 유아교육 전공 학생의 창업교육 프로그램 측면으로 논의점이 제시되었고, 교수자 및 학습자의 측면으로 논의하였다. 학술적 발전을 위한 제언으로 창업교육 프로그램을 위한 교육과정의 재설계와 교과, 비교과, 동아리에서 다양한 창업교육 프로그램을 접할 수 있도록 연구가 필요하고 연구방법의 다각적 접근을 시도하여 프로그램의 개발에 대해 제언하였다.

In order to develop a start-up education program that can be effectively applied in the field of early childhood education, the stage of designing a program by analyzing the learning needs and contents of learning of a major in early childhood education, executing it based on it, and evaluating its validity and appropriateness. Based on the necessity of this study, we intend to develop a start-up education program for early childhood education majors based on a specific structure. The research questions for the study were set up as follows. Research Question 1. What is the structure of the entrepreneurship education program for early childhood education majors? A program based on the ADDIE model and Delphi was developed to develop a start-up education program for students majoring in early childhood education. For each stage, it was developed as a research method to verify its appropriateness through expert consultation. In the analysis stage of start-up education for early childhood education majors, prior research, needs investigation, learner and environment analysis were conducted, and in the design stage, goals and contents, teaching and learning methods and evaluation contents were designed, and program development and program plan development were in the development stage. In the program execution stage, the start-up search and start-up practice programs were applied. Finally, in the evaluation stage, the entrepreneurial efficacy, creative thinking ability, entrepreneurship spirit, entrepreneurship intention, and program satisfaction were evaluated. In comparison, the results increased, and the satisfaction with the program was also a satisfactory evaluation. As for the program, discussion points were presented in terms of program design based on the modified ADDIE model, development of early childhood education and entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurship education programs of developing early childhood education students, and discussed in the light of instructors and learners. As a suggestion for academic development, research is needed to redesign the curriculum for start-up education programs and to access various start-up education programs in subjects, comparisons, and clubs, and a multilateral
