제주 2중 외피 테쉬폰 구법에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 세레나 목장의 '2중 외피 테쉬폰' 주택을 대상으로 하였다. 이 주택 은 1973년 건설된 성 이시돌 목장 내 개척 농가의 주거용 테쉬폰 중 단일 외 피를 가진 테쉬폰 주택과 구별되는 2중 외피를 가지는 특징이 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 '2중 외피 테쉬폰'이 시간의 흐름에 따라 진보적으로 발전 하였으며, 성능 역시 향상되었음을 밝히는데 있다. 이를 위해 '2중 외피 테쉬 폰' 주택의 물리적 고찰을 실시 하였고 당시 시공 관계자 및 거주자들과의 인 터뷰 조사를 진행해서 기술적 변용 과정(구조적)과 주생활적 변화 과정(비구 조적)을 분석하였다. 더 나아가, 세계적으로 다양하게 개량되고 진화된 테쉬폰 구법이 제주의 성 이시돌 목장에서는 어떻게 개량 되고 변용 및 개발되었는지 에 대한 과정과 특징을 분석하였다. 이 주택은 제주에 마지막으로 건설되었을 것으로 추정된다. '2중 외피 테쉬폰' 주택의 구법적 고찰을 통해 제주 도입 후 기술적 변용 과정과, 구조와 비구조적 개량 및 변화를 분석하였다. '2중 외피 테쉬폰'은 단일 외피 테쉬폰에 비해 진보된 건축기술이 적용되었으 며, 테쉬폰 구법의 구조적 장점으로 인한 내부 공간의 가변적 변용 가능성이 상당 부분 입증되었다. 이를 통해 구체인 2중 외피와 기술 개발의 적용이 내 장의 내부 벽체 변경이라는 가변성과 환경적 쾌적함을 일정 부분 가져올 수 있어 주생활적 변화가 가능했음을 밝히고자 한다. 따라서 제주의 테쉬폰 구법 이 개량 및 개발과정을 통해 '2증 외피 테쉬폰'이라는 개량된 구법의 성능 향 상이 있었고 이는 '2중 외피 테쉬폰' 구법의 발전 및 활용의 가능성을 증명한 다. 이러한 구법이 현대의 친환경 건축 모델과 공업화 건축 및 비구조체인 내 부 칸막이 벽체의 가변적 공간 변형의 모델로서 개발될 수 있는 연구적 가능 성을 제시할 수 있다.

This study was conducted on a "Double Cladding Ctesiphon" house in Serena Farm. This house is characterized by having a double-skinned distinctive feature from the single-skin Teshpon house among the residential Ctesiphon houses of the pioneer farms in St. Isidol Ranch, which was built in 1973. The purpose of this study is to reveal that the 'Double Cladding Ctesiphon' has developed progressively over time and its performance has also improved. To this end, a physical review of the "Double Cladding Ctesiphon" house was conducted, and interviews with construction officials and residents were conducted at the time to analyze the process of technological transformation (structural) and the process of change in residential life (nonstructural). Furthermore, the process and characteristics of how the Ctesiphon consrtuction method, which has been variously improved and evolved around the world, was improved, transformed, and developed at St. Isidol Ranch in Jeju were analyzed. It is believed that this house was the last to be built in Jeju. The process of technological transformation, structural and non-structural improvement, and changes were analyzed after the introduction of Jeju through the old-fashioned review of the "Double Cladding Ctesiphon" house. - 100 - 'Double Cladding Ctesiphon' was applied with advanced construction technology compared to single cladding ctesiphon, and the possibility of variably transforming the interior space due to the structural advantages of the construction ctesiphon method was proved to a great extent. Through this, I would like to clarify that the application of the double outer shell and technology development, which is a sphere, can bring some variability and environmental comfort, such as the change of the interior wall of the interior, so that a change in residential conditions was possible. Therefore, through the improvement and development process of the construction method of ctesiphon in Jeju, the performance of the improved construction method called "double cladding ctesiphon" proved the possibility of development and utilization of the "double-cladding ctesiphon" construction method. Such a construction method can present a research possibility that can be developed as a model for the variable spatial transformation of modern eco-friendly architectural models, industrial buildings and non-structured interior partition walls.
