중국 전자상거래상의 제3자 결제 발전방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

중국 전자상거래 기술의 혁신과 인터넷의 보급에 따라 전자상거래는 급속히 발전하였다. 거래 방식도 전통적인 거래 방식이 전자화 거래 방식으로 바뀌었다. 이런급속히 발전을 통해서 편리하고 효율적인 제3자 결제 플랫폼도 발전 하면서 사용자의 규모가 크고 사용 빈도가 높아서 사용자에게 편리성을 제공할 뿐 중국의 경제발전도 주진하였다. 제3자 결제의 발전은 중국의 경제 발전을 추진하였지만 제3자결제 시장에서도 일부 문제가 생겼다. 법률 측면, 금융 측면, 안보 측면과 기업 측면 등 여러 가지 문제가 있고 중국의 현행 정책과 제도가 아직 완벽하지 않기 때문에 제3자 결제 안전도 늘 위협을 받는다.본 연구의 목적은 건전한 사회 환경과 법률 환경을 제3자 결제는 사회경제와 함께 진행되도록 보장 할 것인가에 대한 연구와 중국 제3자 결제방식의 현황과 제3자결제 플랫폼의 발전에 목적을 두고 선행연구와 연구 목적을 바탕으로 제3자 결제시장 중에서 가장 많이 사용하는 플랫폼이 알리페이와 위챗페이의 사례를 통하여 기준을 파악하였다. 기준으로 사례분석을 통해 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대해 중국 제3자 결제의 발전방안을 제시하였다.
