제주지역 중·장년 구직자의 내·외재적 직업가치가 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향에서 취업준비행동의 조절효과

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 제주지역 중·장년 구직자의 내·외재적 직업가치와 취업준비행동이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 내·외재적 직업가치가 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향이 취업준비행동에 의해 조절되는지 검증하고 하였다. 취업준비행동이 내·외재적직업가치와 진로결정수준간의 관계에서 유의한 조절효과를 보이는지 알아보기 위하여 중장년 410명을 대상으로 직업가치, 진로결정수준, 취업준비행동에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내재적 직업가치는 진로결정수준과 유의한 상관을 보이지 않았으며 외재적 직업가치는 진로결정수준과 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 위계적 중다 회귀분석을 통하여 분석한 결과, 진로결정수준에 대한 내재적 직업가치와 취업준비행동의 상호작용 효과는 나타나지 않았으며 진로결정에 대한 외재적 직업가치와 취업준비행동의 상호작용 효과는 유의하게 나타났다. 즉, 취업준비행동이 외재적 직업가치와 진로결정수준과의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 중심으로 본 연구의 의의, 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.
