제 4차 산업혁명시대의 초등학생을 위한 창의교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용: 인공지능과 드론을 중심으로

Abstract

최근 4차 산업혁명이 이슈가 됨과 더불어 우리 사회가 기존의 지식 정보 기 반의 사회를 넘어서 이제껏 겪어보지 못했던 새로운 사회로 진입하고 있다. 4 차 산업혁명의 거대한 물결로 미래사회에서는 현존하는 직업의 약 70% 정도가 사라질 것이라 예측될 만큼 큰 사회적 변화를 가져올 것으로 예상하고 있다. 이러한 변화의 핵심에는 2016년 세상을 떠들썩하게 했던 알파고로 대변되는 딥러닝에 기반한 인공지능(AI, artificial intelligence)에 있다. 따라서 교육에 있어서도 사회변화에 발맞추어 도래한 인공지능 시대에 적합한 역량을 갖추어 나아가야 할 준비가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 제 4차 산업혁명을 대비하여 초등학생들에게 적용할 수 있는 창의 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 다양한 미래핵심기술 중 인공지 능과 드론을 선택하여 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하였다. 본 논문에서 제공하는 교육 프로그램은 미래 정보과학분야의 직업 진로 탐색 과 관련된 소양 함양에 학생들에게 긍정적으로 작용할 것이다.

With the recent fourth industrial revolution becoming an issue, our society is moving beyond the existing knowledge-based society to become a new society that we have never experienced before. The huge wave of the fourth industrial revolution is expected to bring about huge social changes that are predicted to wipe out about 70 percent of existing jobs in future societies. At the heart of the change is artificial intelligence based on deep learning, which is represented by AlphaGo, which made the world tumultuous in 2016. Therefore, in education, we need to be prepared to develop proper capabilities and move forward in the era of artificial intelligence that has arrived in line with changes in society. In this paper, we developed a creative education program that can be applied to elementary school students in preparation for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. To this end, the education program was developed and applied by selecting artificial intelligence and drones from among various future core technologies. The education programs offered in this paper will positively influence students in the cultivation of knowledge related to the search for career paths in the field of information science in the future.
